RETURNS

You have the option to return purchased products within 14 days of receiving your order.

How can you return a product?

1. Complete the return form (download).

2. Secure and pack the returned product carefully to avoid damage in transit. Make sure the product is in its original packaging and has the original labels.

 

3. Send the parcel with the product, the completed form and proof of purchase to the following address: Vetterów 24a-24b, 20-277 Lublin, Poland. The cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer.

What happens after you have completed the return procedure?

4. We will verify the parcel in the return department. We will check that the return form received matches the contents of the parcel.

5. Once verification is successful, we will make a refund (up to 14 days from the date of delivery of the return parcel). Refunds are made by the same means by which the client paid for the order.

REPLACEMENT

How can you replace a product?

If you wish to replace a product you have ordered, the quickest way is if you place and pay for a new order. For replacement goods, follow the return procedure described above. Refunds will be made in accordance with the returns policy - up to 14 days from the date of delivery. You can place a new order straight away, even on the same day as your delivery.

2. Secure and pack the product carefully to avoid damage in transit.

3. Send the parcel with the product, the completed form and proof of purchase to the following address: Vetterów 24a-24b, 20-277 Lublin, Poland.

4. We will verify the parcel in the complaint department. We will check that the complaint form received matches the contents of the parcel.  We will also read the description of the product being complained about.

5. We will respond to your complaint within 14 days of receipt. If we have any doubts, we will contact you.
